After watching Bellator’s new reality show Fight Master, fans are left with one question: who really is the best option to pick as your coach? After a fighter wins the opening round, they get to pick the coach that best suits them.

This is the best new stipulation added to this show. The problem is, I only see one coach. I get that Bellator wanted a current fighter, former fighters, and actual coaches on the show, but the fighters that don’t pick Greg Jackson will regret it in the long run.

Jackson will help improve your strengths, and strengthen your weaknesses. Don’t get me wrong, Joe Warren, Randy Couture, and Frank Shamrock all bring their own strengths to the “coaching” position, but only one guy on Fight Master is a legit coach.

Jackson has made stars out of GSP, Jon Jones, Donald Cerrone, Carlos Condit, plus many more. So, when you win a fight and hold your own destiny in your hands, do you pick a former/current fighter as your coach, or do you pick an actual coach with a spectacular resume?
